How this website handles the information you send us.

Information submitted through the form
The Book a Call form asks for your name, work email and plant or company. You can also add a short description of the quality topic you would like to discuss. Please do not include drawings, test results, production records or other confidential operating information.
We use these details to respond to your request and arrange the conversation you have asked for. We do not add you to a mailing list or use the form details for advertising.
How your message reaches us
The form sends your details to our mailbox through an email delivery service. They are then held as part of the correspondence about your request.
The form includes a hidden field used to identify automated submissions. Submissions that fill that field are discarded. The server also keeps a short-lived submission count to limit abuse. The count is not stored beyond a few minutes. An accepted submission creates a server-log entry containing the company name and time.
Analytics and tracking
This site loads no analytics and sets no tracking cookies. It does not use advertising or social media tracking pixels. If that changes, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before those tools are enabled.
How long we keep your message
We keep the details you send through the form while the conversation they started is open. When it ends, we delete them. To request deletion sooner, email info@datansh.com.
Requests about your information
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Write to info@datansh.com and we will reply within two working days.
